Canadian National Vimy Memorial

We just finished our second night of table work for Mary’s Wedding. Last night I brought up a memorial, that although not directly impacting on the play itself, is a beautiful tribute to the 66,000 Canadians that died during WWI. I misremembered some of my facts (like location, it’s in France!). You can read about the memorial and the battle here on wikipedia.
